Back in Jamaica, biting into a juicy patty was well-earned enjoyment. It’s those nostalgic flavors from the past that have become scarce due to substitute ingredients and mass production.  Using old-fashioned methods and quality ingredients extends a moment of classic indulgence to our customers, in the form of a delicious patty. Our slower processes result in deeper flavours – and you can rest assured that we’ve carefully selected ingredients and suppliers that are consistent with that mindset.

New ownership in 2013 brought a new wave of innovations. Three years were spent perfecting the craft with a focus on improving ingredients, cutting out preservatives, and the creating of a fantastic Vegan patty recipe.
